Barley Harvest SSL 1/8
Since this is a landscape and not an intricate drawing, I started in Photoshop by blocking in major shapes. I usually like to start out very small. This image was about half this size on my screen so I could focus on the big areas of light and dark. To keep things in perspective, I drew guide lines converging on two vanishing points, one right-center and the other off-screen-left.
